Microbiology Technologist (HS)
Scope of PositionThe Microbiology laboratory encompasses specimen collection, processing and testing within the Department of Clinical Laboratories. Full service testing includes bacteriology, mycology, mycobacteriology, virology, parasitology, smear interpretation and molecular testing. The lab is staffed 24 hours per day, Sunday through Saturday. The position is responsible for delivering quality laboratory testing to OSUMC patients and clients as well as to the community.
