Duties and Responsibilities:Independently perform: 5%: Mouse genotyping (DNA isolation, PCR)10% Cell transfers, mouse injections and pathology assessment(injection of mice by various routes, tumor size assessment, assessment of tissue pathology. )20%: Isolation of lymphocytes from organs (Mayinclude bone marrow, spleen, intestine, lymph node harvests, blood collection andprocessing, lymphocyte isolation, frozen tissue collection)20%: Flow cytometry10%: Tissue analysis (sectioning of tissues by cryostat and tissue section staining)5%: Cell culture ( virus and bacterial propogation.)30%:
