PhD (defended by January 31, 2023) with 1 or more years of relevant experience in the beneficial plant microbe interaction, soil science, soil microbiology, microbial biology, ecology and/or closely related fields;
Scientific background in Biologics or related field and experience with interdisciplinary approaches to solve scientific challenges;
Experience working in highly collaborative environment and effectively communicating research findings with audiences from diverse technical backgrounds;
Strong cross-cultural sensitivity;
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and contribute to R&D projects, technologies, publications, intellectual property, and/or trade secrets;
Ability to develop and implement research and/or technology-driven proposals focused on soil carbon sequestration and sustainable agriculture;
Knowledge of experimental design and data analysis;
Capable of working independently on assignments with flexibility and team approach;
Ability to travel independently both domestically and internationally up to 10%.
